One year ago we took our first trip to Arizona. It was to be just a 2 week vacation however we fell in love with the area, state and mountain views so we decided to have some fun and look at houses for sale. We walked into an open house and Christian was the agent showing the house. We talked for a while and told him we were from Michigan and gave him a background on our future retirement plans (which now included Arizona). He took our information and put together a few listings and walkthroughs for us to do in our final week of vacation. We didnt find anything that week but Christian kept in touch, sending listings via email. We did put offers in on a couple of homes but nothing panned out. We decided we should build our own home and the only way to look and plan for that was to make another trip out. I packed my bags and headed there for 4 days in July (with 118 degree weather) and Christain took my son and I on a hunt for the prefect model and perfect mountain view. On day 2 we found that perfection. Contract was signed and the process began. Christian was with us throughout the entire process (which at some times was a nightmare). Christina always put a positive spin on things and was very helpful in every aspect of the process. He gave us contacts for services we needed (Pool Contractor, Insurance Agent, just to name a few).
Christians professionalism is outstanding and he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are well taken care of. We are so appreciative of everything he did for us. We not only call him our realtor but a friend, a friendship we hope to keep for a long time.
