Heather Nicosia was born and raised in the Midwest and is now an Arizona native of 26 years making her an expert throughout the surrounding communities. She epitomizes family values, hard work and integrity building a solid reputation both in the industry and with her clients. Launching her career in 2002, she assisted agents with new home sales and eventually expanded her expertise to residential resales. Her motto is to approach every transaction giving 100% outstanding customer service through market knowledge and insight, ensuring her clients make the best decisions possible.
Married for 20 years with two children, her daughter is in middle school and son is at ASU, Go Sun Devils! Heather enjoys hiking, Broadway musicals and showing clients all the beauty Arizona has to offer. Her experience and familiarity with The Valley are assets to anyone she works with.
